I feel privileged to living a life that I always dreamed of. And the reasons I can feel so blessed in my life now is because it wasn’t always this way.
I know what it’s like to feel desperate, to feel trapped by negative thoughts and unhappy circumstances.
I’ve experienced addiction.
I’ve experienced cruelty.
But the cruelest person I’ve ever met by far….was myself.
It was when I started to change that relationship I had with myself, tune into my own intuition and take positive daily actions in my life….
that the magic happened.
I overcame an eating disorder that I had struggled with for many years.
I overcame addictive behaviours around food.
I overcame addictive behaviours around alcohol.
